All information that you submit is electronically held and processed by Dealer-Aide who provide Warranty Processing Software and services for OEM franchised dealers across Automotive, Marine, Motorcycle, Plant, and Agricultural sectors. Dealer-Aide act as a data processors by providing online solutions to which listed companies can use for their Warranty compliance management. Dealer-Aide will not do anything with your information which they are not instructed to do by those collaborative partner companies data controllers. Dealer-Aide will not share information with any third parties outside of our agreements. By entering the information you are permitting Dealer-Aide to access and use the information for Warranty Compliance and marketing purposes, or as the contracted party states. Should the submitting party be part of a larger group, the other companies within that group will have access to your personal information.
Supplied data will be saved periodically before it reaches the target OEM servers. This is to help if you want to complete the upload over a number of visits and limit data loss as a result of a technical issue such as an accidental browser closure or a loss of internet connection. Dealer-Aide will store data supplied for a retention period of 1 calendar month following submittal, at which point end user personal information will be deleted from our systems automatically once the data retention period is reached. Should you wish to remove your details prior to automatic deletion or for any other queries about how information is handled, please contact your supplying dealer/manufacturer directly.
